Overview
Nina connects to a Shopify store and automatically calls customers after they place an order to collect voice feedback on their checkout experience and the products they bought. Merchants get a dashboard with call recordings, transcripts, analytics, and actionable tasks surfaced from customer responses. Built with Next.js, a Python backend, Clerk auth, and the Shopify API.
Problem
Shopify merchants get limited qualitative feedback after checkout, and manual follow-up does not scale across orders.
Outcome
A full post-purchase feedback product that turns voice calls into merchant-facing insights and follow-up tasks.
