## Context

Personal prototype · 2026

A personal product prototype for service businesses handling inbound enquiries.

## My role

Full Product Build

The Next.js interface, FastAPI backend, data model, dashboard, and voice-call orchestration.

## Problem

Small service businesses miss revenue when calls go unanswered, but most answering services are either too manual or too generic to handle business-specific details.

## Result and evidence

The screenshots document the dashboard, appointment schedule, message inbox, knowledge base, and routing settings. They show the implemented interface and its connected workflow.

## Boundaries

Personal prototype. Screenshots are demonstration evidence, not proof of customer adoption or live telephony reliability. The hosted preview may require sign-in; the walkthrough on this page is available without an account.
